Meet

Richard Lamondin

Dad. Husband. Business Owner. First-time Candidate.

Richard Lamondin has never worked in government or run for office.
But he’s done something Tallahassee insiders haven’t: Built a successful business in Miami from the ground up — creating jobs, helping families and companies lower their utility bills, and giving back to the community he calls home.

That’s exactly why we need him in the State Senate.

Born and raised in Miami, Richard is the Co-Founder & CEO of ecofi — a company proving that sustainability can be good for both people and business. Under his leadership, ecofi became one of the fastest-growing environmental services companies in the country, earning national recognition for its innovation and impact.

To date, the company has:

  • Conserved more than 10 billion gallons of water
  • Prevented over 300,000 metric tons of carbon emissions
  • Helped lower utility bills for thousands of renters nationwide

But the path wasn’t easy. In the early years, Richard and his brother Lawrence worked multiple jobs while building ecofi from scratch. They didn’t just manage the company — they rolled up their sleeves and did the work themselves, one installation at a time.

Today, Richard’s proudest role isn’t CEO. It’s dad to his son Leo, and husband to his wife Martina, right here in Miami.

Now he’s stepping up to serve — not as a career politician, but as someone who’s lived the challenges this community faces, and who knows how to get real results.

He Built Something From Nothing.

Now, He’s Building a Campaign to Deliver for All of Us.

Richard Lamondin isn’t running to be a politician — he’s running because too many politicians have forgotten what real life looks like.

From building a clean infrastructure company with his brother to raising a young family right here in Miami, Richard knows what it means to hustle, to worry, to hope. And to show up for others.

He built something from the ground up that makes a real impact: Lowering bills, creating jobs, and helping families.

Now, he’s bringing that same energy to this campaign.

Lives What We’re Fighting For

Richard is a homeowner, a dad, and a husband who feels the squeeze of high housing costs, rising insurance premiums, and expensive child care — just like the rest of us.
